  • When you register to view your photographs in our online gallery. This is so we can identify you and other authorised users and monitor your gallery for any misuse. For all online sales, your personal and credit/debit card information is processed securely by our payment partner This is so Paypal can process payment of your order.

Internal record keeping - for example to book shoots, process customer orders, or just to be able to communicate with you in relation to the services we provide to you.


Your photographs may be shared in a digital or physical form with our trusted suppliers, for the sole purpose of producing the order you have placed with us. They do not receive any of your personal or contact details,


We may put your photographs on public display to promote the products and services of David Calvert Photography. This will be in the form of marketing and promotional material, such as brochures and price lists. We may also display photographs of you on our websites and social media platforms. Photographs of you may also be submitted to competitions, articles and press-releases.   We do however understand that some people prefer to keep their photos private, so you can withdraw your consent to this at any time.
